1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

– Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

– Be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact

– Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

– Innerwear or hygiene-related products

– Sale or clearance items

– Customized or altered garments

2. Return Process

We utilize Shiprocket to streamline our return process. Here’s how you can initiate a return:

1. Initiate Return Request: Visit your order’s tracking page and click on the “Return” option. Alternatively, email us at davidhawkssales@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, product details, and reason for return.

2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, Shiprocket will create a return order visible in the “Returns” section.

3. Pickup Scheduling: Shiprocket will schedule a pickup for the return, choosing the most suitable courier option.

4.Tracking: Both you and our team can track the return shipment in real-time.

5.Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund accordingly.

Note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

– Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

– We will arrange for a replacement or refund after review.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

– You’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

– Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only for size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests must follow the same return process and timeline as above.

6. Cancellations

– Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

– Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the return policy.
